This product is widely used in machinery, chemical processing, aviation, aerospace, electronics, defense, medical, and electrical insulation sectors. Ideal for conveying highly corrosive gases and liquids at high temperatures – a solution that other pipes cannot replace.

Characteristics

Made from high-quality PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) via ram extrusion, with a special bonding process that tightly integrates the plastic lining with the steel pipe. Exhibits exceptional chemical stability – resistant to all strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, and organic solvents. Features low friction coefficient (static < dynamic), self‑lubricating properties, excellent electrical insulation, non‑adhesiveness, non‑flammability, and outstanding aging resistance. Withstands positive pressure up to 1.6MPa and negative pressure up to 77KPa.

Working temperature

-60°C ~ +260°C (Mechanical properties show minimal change after 1,000 hours at 250°C)
