Characteristics
Made from high-quality PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) with excellent chemical stability – resistant to all strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, and organic solvents. Features very low friction coefficient (static < dynamic), self-lubricating properties, good electrical insulation, non-adhesiveness, non-flammability, and outstanding aging resistance. The spiral structure allows for flexible wrapping and easy installation over rods, cables, and hoses – providing full coverage protection against abrasion and UV exposure.
Working temperature
-180°C ~ 250°C (Mechanical properties show minimal change after 1,000 hours at 250°C)
