OEM hose procurement: specifications, marking and packaging
Organize an OEM request around the product specification, then clarify marking, packaging, assembly and the documents needed for your purchase.
Agree the product before its presentation
Start an OEM discussion with the hose application and specification. Provide the operating conditions, dimensions and connection needs before finalizing colour, marking or packaging. An appearance requirement should not replace the technical requirements of the product.
Prepare marking and packaging instructions
Where marking or packaging is requested, provide the text, logo artwork, language and placement requirements. Specify coil or piece lengths, package quantities and any label information needed for receiving or distribution. Ask which options apply to the selected product.
- Product specification and intended quantity
- Marking text, artwork, language and location
- Coil/piece lengths, package quantities and labels
Define assembly and review requirements
For an assembly request, include connection standards, end details, overall length and a drawing where available. State any requested inspection or document requirements. Confirm the scope and acceptance criteria with VENTURE for the particular order.
Confirm commercial details for the actual order
Ask for confirmation of minimum quantity, samples where requested, lead time, packaging and delivery arrangements for the agreed specification. Record any alternatives and outstanding technical questions before approving the order. Use the services page to review the currently described support options.
Buyer questions
Does every product support the same OEM options?
Confirm the requested options for the selected product and quantity. A general service description is not a commitment to every possible configuration.
Can I send a drawing with the request?
Yes. Share the dimensions, connection details and requirements relevant to the inquiry so they can be reviewed.
Are minimum quantity and lead time fixed for the whole range?
Request confirmation for the actual product, specification and order requirements. This guide does not set a universal minimum quantity or delivery promise.
