Identify the fluid or gas precisely
A request for a coolant or oil hose should identify the actual medium. Include the fluid name, mixture or concentration where relevant, and the temperatures seen during normal operation and cleaning. A broad description such as ‘oil’ can leave important details unresolved.
Compare the EPDM and NBR product pages
Use the published application description to identify candidates in the rubber range. Then review the dimensions, pressure information and temperature conditions of each finished hose. A general statement about a material does not replace the product specification.
Include the equipment connection
